Pivotal Hospitality was established in late 2014 to work on hospitality projects with designers and procurement companies. Initially the focus was on boutique properties, but as things progressed we found that we were well suited to help on branded properties as well. The company began to gain traction last year and things have been moving along nicely since.

Pivotal specializes in manufacturing case goods and seating, working with manufactures from China, Vietnam, Mexico and Brazil. Depending on the items needed, and time restrictions for the project, factories are chosen that are best suited to complete the specified products.

As the company grew, Pivotal aligned itself with a UL approved lighting factory so their guest room and public space fixtures are ready to install onsite while meeting code regulations. Additionally, we have provided artwork and fabrics (Bureau Veritas tested to meet codes) for projects, on a project by project basis. These alliances allow the team at Pivotal to provide items quickly if the original specified manufacturer has delays. This seemed to be the natural progression for the company in order to provide a central source, along with logistical control of projects for the clients.
